Back In The Swing Of Things

I can't believe it has been almost a year since I posted anything, life got away from me. It got to be so easy to say, "I will write something tomorrow". I think tomorrow is finally here. My oldest daughter did move out and it has been very good for her; sure they have had some struggles. Her fiancé is a full time student and has not been able to find a job. He should be done with school in a few months and things should get better for them. On October 6, 2012 they are getting married. The wedding is a pirate theme, since they are in a pirate reinactment group. My youngest daughter will be starting her senior year of high school on August 8. School is starting early this year, but they have added more days off during the school year. On Thursday our AC went out, luckily my office had 3 portable units that I borrowed. My husband and I plugged in the RV and we have been sleeping out there. K has been sleeping in the living room and my foolish son is still sleeping in his room. The repair guy is suppose to be here at 6:30 tomorrow morning. We have an AC that my dad put on his house soon after he moved in, that was damaged in the major hail storm in October 2010, but still works just fine. He got a new roof and new AC after that storm. We are going to replace our dead AC with my dads. I don't know if that will happen tomorrow or he will just get the old one running for now. At this point, I just want things working, it is suppose to be 109 by the end of the week. I am back in the swing of things, so more later.
